Meet Indiana Sarah

Want to find out more about the adventurous archaeologist behind Indiana Sarah? Well, now’s your chance! Here’s a little piece that was put together just for you.

It forms part of  a series of environmental portraits of people – as the name would suggest – filmed in their own environment doing what they do best.  Whether that’s a diving archaeologist doing her thing, a travel blogger travelling or an ecologist analysing samples, documentary photographer, Michaela Skovranova, has captured people at their most passionate – doing their life’s work.

If you know Michaela, you will know she has  the most amazing eye, is extremely talented and a pleasure to work with, so when she suggested it, I immediately said yes!!

The video is a profile piece that we did as part of the shoot. It was filmed in an around Sydney, Australia. Until next time..

Sarah

Big thanks to:

Our opening shot was taken by Michaela Skovranova during our voyage to the Valiant, a steel motor vessel, which sank during rough weather in 1981. The wreck lies in approximately 27m of water, 1.4 km seaward of Sydney’s Palm Beach.  More the the Valiant another day!
